The My Day list in To Do gives you a blank slate to plan your day. In "To-Do", this becomes a tedious and time-consuming process. One of the primary activities I engage in is opening up all my tasks for the week to review them individually. When adding that tab, you can search Planner, To Do, or Tasks to find it. You just need to add your tasks by adding one or more Planner tabs to a team channel. ![]() Both changes also apply to the Planner tab in Teams channels. If yes, for all the tasks by Planner and To Do created in Teams app, they will show up in Planner. The app icon has changed to its final form, too. Each list can hold hundreds of line items, and you can customize each line item to contain the information that’s most useful to you. This changes the Tasks in Teams app name to Tasks by Planner and To Do from Planner, the original app name, for all non-government users. While they seem keen on promoting it and asking me every time in outlook to check it out, in my experience, it falls significantly short of being an effective tool. Each task is presented as an information-rich card that contains preset but optional attributes, like labels. I'm hesitant to fully trust Microsoft on their push towards "To-Do". ![]()
